Returns

Our aim is for you to be happy with your purchase, should you have a problem please contact us via email and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
You can return your items for a full refund, less postage costs. All products being returned must be received in their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.  Please email us at pure@puesalon.org for a returns number and address.
Please ensure that all returning products are packaged safely, the customer is responsible for the goods until we have received them.
puresalon.org is not liable for loss or damaged products during the returns process. We strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service or having a proof of posting certificate.
Once the products have been received a refund will be issued within 3 working days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you receive a product different to the one you have ordered, we will be happy to pay for the returns postage cost and send you the correct product.

Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel any order within 7 days from the date of placing that order. If your payment has been received but the goods haven’t been dispatched then we will refund your payment immediately and cancel the order.
If your order has been dispatched you still have the right to cancel, this must be done in writing and emailed to pure@puresalon.org within 7 days from when you receive your order.
