Dispatch and Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding Bank holidays.

Delivery Timescale

Standard 1st Class - This service is with Royal Mail, once your
order has been dispatched it will be with you between 2-5 working days.

In the event that you do not receive your order within the timescale quoted on our website, then please email us at pure@puresalon.org.

Royal Mail does not consider a parcel missing until after 15 working days from dispatch. Once Royal Mail have classified that a parcel as missing, a replacement will be dispatched.

Damaged Goods

We make sure all our products are packaged securely and to Royal Mail standards. In the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us at pure@puresalon.org, we will then arrange for a replacement to be dispatched

Stock Availability

We take care to ensure all our advertised products are in stock. In the rare event that an item is unavailable, we will advise you of the expected delivery timescale. You have the right to cancel any order and a refund will be processed within 1 working day.
